Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Stir in melted chocolate.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients, mix until just combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Bake: Scoop dough onto baking sheets, bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly underbaked. Press rainbow chips on top while warm.
- Cool: Let cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
