  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Garnish and Serving:

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Prepare Lobster Tails: Using kitchen shears, cut down the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the base. Pull the meat through the shell to sit on top.
  3. Season and Bake: Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet. Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat. Bake for 12–15 minutes.
  4. Finish and Serve: Remove from the oven, spoon any remaining butter over the lobster, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
