Lobster Tails:

Garlic Butter Mixture:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Garnish and Serving:
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Prepare Lobster Tails: Using kitchen shears, cut down the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the base. Pull the meat through the shell to sit on top.
- Season and Bake: Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet. Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat. Bake for 12–15 minutes.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from the oven, spoon any remaining butter over the lobster, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
