Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season Chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Sear Chicken: Sear chicken in olive oil until golden and crispy.
- Make Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic, paprika, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook Chicken: Return chicken to skillet, spoon garlic butter over the top, cover, and cook until done.
- Serve: Spoon more garlic butter over chicken and garnish with parsley before serving.
