Chicken Thighs:

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season Chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear Chicken: Sear chicken in olive oil until golden and crispy.
  3. Make Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic, paprika, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Cook Chicken: Return chicken to skillet, spoon garlic butter over the top, cover, and cook until done.
