  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare the Steak: Pat the steaks dry and rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Season the Shrimp: Toss the shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Grill the Steaks: Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Grill the Shrimp: Thread the shrimp onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
  7. Finish and Serve: Brush the garlic butter over the steaks and shrimp. Garnish with parsley and serve.
