- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Prepare the Steak: Pat the steaks dry and rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Season the Shrimp: Toss the shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the Steaks: Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Grill the Shrimp: Thread the shrimp onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
- Finish and Serve: Brush the garlic butter over the steaks and shrimp. Garnish with parsley and serve.
