Cauliflower:

Garlic Butter Sauce:

- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Garnish:

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce: In a large bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Toss Cauliflower: Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Roast Cauliflower: Spread cauliflower on the baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
