  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

For the biscuit cups:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Cook the beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Let cool slightly and mix in cheddar cheese.
  3. Prepare the biscuit cups: Cut the biscuit dough in half, flatten each half into a circle, and press into muffin cups. Fill each cup with the beef mixture.
