For the beef mixture:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the biscuit cups:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (for topping)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Cook the beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Let cool slightly and mix in cheddar cheese.
- Prepare the biscuit cups: Cut the biscuit dough in half, flatten each half into a circle, and press into muffin cups. Fill each cup with the beef mixture.
- Bake: Brush the biscuit tops with a mixture of melted butter and garlic powder. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
