- 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Blend the Base: In a blender, combine almond milk, 1/2 cup of peaches, Greek yogurt, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Pour the mixture into a medium bowl or container and stir in the chia seeds.
- Chill Overnight: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring once after about 30 minutes to prevent clumping.
- Serve: When ready to serve, stir well and divide into serving bowls or jars. Top with remaining diced peaches and granola if desired.
