  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For cooking and serving:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 burger buns
  • Optional toppings: sliced cucumber, tomato, red onion, lettuce, tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the burger patties: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, feta, red onion, parsley, dill, oregano, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined—do not overmix. Form into 4 equal patties.
