Chicken:
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Marinade:
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl or zip-top bag, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs and coat evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

- Grill the Chicken: Remove chicken from marinade, grill for 5–6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Brush with barbecue sauce during the last few minutes.
- Rest and Serve: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
