  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup tortilla chips (crushed slightly)
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for grilling)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  2. Prepare the Burritos: Warm tortillas slightly to make them more pliable. Layer rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, shredded cheeses, and crushed tortilla chips in the center of a tortilla. Roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
