Hawaiian Roll Breakfast Sliders:
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Sausage, Egg & Cheese:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 6 breakfast sausage patties, cooked and halved
- 6 slices cheddar cheese or American cheese
For Topping:
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in the dish.
- Prepare Eggs: Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet, then spread over the rolls.
- Assemble Sliders: Add sausage and cheese on top of the eggs. Cover with the top half of the rolls.
- Top and Bake: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush over the rolls, cover with foil, and bake. Serve warm.
