- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Marinate the Steak: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, thyme, rosemary, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Add sliced steak, toss to coat, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
