Wet Ingredients:

- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- ½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the crispy rice cereal and rolled oats.
- Prepare Wet Mixture: In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix honey, peanut butter, brown sugar, and salt until smooth. Remove from heat, add vanilla extract.
- Combine and Cool: Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients, mix well. Let cool slightly.
- Add Optional Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in chocolate chips if desired.
- Press into Pan: Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
- Chill and Cut: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars. Store in an airtight container.
