Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Hot Honey Glaze:

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1–2 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Season: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Rub chicken with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Prepare Glaze: In a saucepan, warm honey, hot sauce, vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Brush half of the glaze over chicken.
  3. Bake: Bake chicken for 20–25 minutes. Brush with remaining glaze during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  4. Rest and Serve: Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle with extra glaze if desired.
