Chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Hot Honey Glaze:
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1–2 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat and Season: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Rub chicken with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare Glaze: In a saucepan, warm honey, hot sauce, vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Brush half of the glaze over chicken.
- Bake: Bake chicken for 20–25 minutes. Brush with remaining glaze during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Rest and Serve: Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle with extra glaze if desired.
