- 1 cup boiling water

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
- Steep the Chai Tea: Steep the chai tea bags in 1 cup of boiling water for 5–7 minutes. Remove tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature or chill in the fridge for faster cooling.
- Prepare the Latte: In a glass, add vanilla syrup and chilled tea. Stir to combine. Add ice, then pour in the milk. Stir gently and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
- Serve: Serve immediately.

- To make it creamier, use half-and-half or oat milk.
- For homemade vanilla syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water with a splash of vanilla extract and simmer until dissolved.
