- 1 zucchini (sliced)

Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and season them with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
