- 4 slices salami (chopped)
- 4 slices provolone cheese (chopped)
Dressing:
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Main Salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the romaine and iceberg lettuces, pepperoncini, cherry tomatoes, red onion, ham, salami, and provolone cheese.
- Dressing: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth.
