Meatballs:
- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, milk, garlic, parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined—do not overmix.
- Form Meatballs: Roll the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs and place them on a plate.
- Air Fry: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange the meatballs in a single layer. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until browned and cooked through.
- Rest and Serve: Remove and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- These meatballs freeze well either raw or cooked.
- Serve with marinara sauce, over pasta, in subs, or as an appetizer with toothpicks.
- You can also substitute part of the beef with ground pork or turkey.
