Ingredients

Tater Tots:

1 (28-ounce) bag frozen tater tots, olive oil spray,

Beef Rib Meat:

1½ cups cooked beef rib meat (shredded), 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce,

Cheese Blend:

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, ½ cup Monterey Jack cheese,

Toppings:

¼ cup sour cream, 2 green onions (sliced), ¼ cup pickled jalapeños (optional), salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
