- ¼ cup milk

- 1¼ cups all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- ½ cup mini M&M candies
For the Fudge:
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Prepare the Cookie Dough: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add milk and vanilla, then mix in flour and salt. Fold in chocolate chips and M&Ms.
- Make the Fudge: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips and condensed milk in intervals. Cool slightly, then mix in cookie dough. Spread in pan, top with extra M&Ms, and refrigerate.
- Serve: Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
