  • ¼ cup milk

  • 1¼ cups all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ½ cup mini M&M candies

For the Fudge:

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cookie Dough: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add milk and vanilla, then mix in flour and salt. Fold in chocolate chips and M&Ms.
