  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook Meat Sauce: Brown ground beef, sausage, and onion in a skillet. Add garlic, marinara sauce, tomato sauce, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer.
  3. Prepare Cheese Mixture: Combine ricotta, cream cheese, sour cream, and egg until smooth.
