Monster Cookie Dough Topping:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini M&M’s

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Make Brownie Layer: Make and bake the brownie batter according to package instructions. Let cool.
  3. Prepare Cookie Dough Topping: In a bowl, beat butter, peanut butter, sugars until fluffy. Mix in milk and vanilla. Stir in oats, salt, flour, then fold in chocolate chips and M&M’s.
