Brownie Layer:
- 1 box (18–19 oz) brownie mix (plus ingredients called for on box, usually oil, eggs, and water)
Monster Cookie Dough Topping:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini M&M’s
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Make Brownie Layer: Make and bake the brownie batter according to package instructions. Let cool.
- Prepare Cookie Dough Topping: In a bowl, beat butter, peanut butter, sugars until fluffy. Mix in milk and vanilla. Stir in oats, salt, flour, then fold in chocolate chips and M&M’s.
- Assemble: Spread cookie dough over cooled brownies. Chill before slicing.
