Feta Rolls
- 8 ounces feta cheese, cut into sticks

Chili Honey Sauce
- ½ cup honey
- 1–2 teaspoons chili flakes or chili paste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Sesame seeds, optional
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it’s ready for baking the rolls to a crispy golden finish.
- Prepare Chili Honey: In a small saucepan over low heat, gently warm the honey with chili flakes or chili paste and lemon juice, stirring continuously until fully combined. Remove from heat and set aside to keep warm.
- Layer Phyllo Dough: Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and lightly brush it with olive oil or melted butter. Place a second sheet on top and brush again, creating a layered, flaky base for the rolls.
- Cut Strips: Cut the layered phyllo dough into strips wide enough to fully wrap a feta stick, ensuring a neat roll.
- Assemble Rolls: Place a piece of feta cheese at one end of each strip. Sprinkle lightly with dried oregano, black pepper, and red pepper flakes for a flavorful kick. Roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go to seal the cheese inside.
