Crust Mixture:

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Other:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • lemon wedges and chopped parsley for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Mix Crust: Combine Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Prepare Sauce: Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in another bowl.
