Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, peanut butter, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  4. Combine Batter: Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Layer Batter and Jelly: Pour half the batter into the loaf pan, spoon half the jelly over the batter, and swirl gently with a knife. Repeat with remaining batter and jelly, swirling again for a marbled effect.
  6. Bake: Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool: Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
