Main Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Additional Toppings:
- 3/4 cup mini M&M’s
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Melt Butter and Peanut Butter: In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter and peanut butter until smooth.
- Combine Marshmallows: Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until melted and fully combined.
- Add Flavor: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Mix with Cereal: Gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Add Toppings: Fold in most of the mini M&M’s and chocolate chips. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Finish: Sprinkle the reserved M&M’s and chocolate chips on top. Let cool before slicing and serving.
