- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Crust and Toppings:
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough or biscuit dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
- Optional toppings: sliced pepperoni, black olives, crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the Meat: In a skillet, cook the sausage or beef with onion until browned. Add mushrooms, bell pepper, and seasonings. Stir in pizza sauce.
- Fill the Ramekins: Spoon the mixture into ramekins, top with cheeses, cover with dough, and brush with olive oil.
- Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.
