Instructions

  3. Shape & Preheat: Turn out dough, shape into a ball. Rest for 30 mins. Preheat oven to 450°F with a Dutch oven inside.
  4. Bake: Place dough in hot pot, bake covered for 30 mins. Uncover, bake 10-15 mins until golden.
  5. Cool & Serve: Cool on a rack before slicing.
