- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions
- Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook 1 lb of ground beef, stirring and breaking it apart until fully browned and no longer pink inside.
- Season the meat: Add the packet of taco seasoning along with the amount of water specified on the seasoning package (usually about 2/3 cup). Stir to combine well.

- Assemble and serve: Fill each warm taco shell with the seasoned beef, then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and finish with a dollop of sour cream and a spoonful of salsa.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding chopped onions or jalapeños to the beef while cooking.
- Use corn or flour taco shells depending on your preference or dietary needs.
- Leftover taco meat can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheated.
- For a milder taco, reduce or omit the taco seasoning packet.
- Feel free to add guacamole or hot sauce as additional toppings.
