Ingredients

Creamy Base:
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened and cubed)
- 1 cup sour cream
Cheese Blend:
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Additional Flavorings:
- 4 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapeños (or fresh, seeded)
- 2 fresh jalapeños (sliced for garnish, optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Toppping:
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add the cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, bacon, chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally, until cheeses are melted and dip is hot. Sprinkle Parmesan on top and cover for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh jalapeño slices and extra bacon. Serve warm with chips or veggies.
Notes
- For extra heat, use fresh jalapeños instead of pickled or add cayenne.
- You can broil the finished dip for a golden crust with breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
