- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips, melted
- Blue gel food coloring (optional)

- 12 clear plastic mini cups or domes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a mini muffin pan with liners or silicone molds.
- Make the crust: Crush cookies, mix with melted butter, and press into molds.
- Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar, add vanilla, egg, sour cream, and food coloring if desired.
- Fill and bake: Spoon filling over crusts and bake for 13–15 minutes until set.
