  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • Blue gel food coloring (optional)

  • 12 clear plastic mini cups or domes

  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a mini muffin pan with liners or silicone molds.
