Coating:

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix Dough: Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
