  • 1 lb raw shrimp (peeled, deveined, tails removed)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

Seasonings:

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha or chili garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Optional:

  • Extra sriracha or sweet chili sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease.
  2. Prepare the Shrimp Mixture: In a food processor, pulse shrimp until finely chopped. Add green onions, garlic, ginger, egg, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Pulse until combined.
