- 1 lb raw shrimp (peeled, deveined, tails removed)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
Seasonings:
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha or chili garlic sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional:
- Extra sriracha or sweet chili sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease.
- Prepare the Shrimp Mixture: In a food processor, pulse shrimp until finely chopped. Add green onions, garlic, ginger, egg, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Pulse until combined.
- Form Shrimp Balls: Scoop mixture into balls and place on baking sheet. Lightly oil the tops.
- Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes until firm and golden.
- Serve: Serve warm with additional sauce.

- For a crispier texture, broil for the last 1–2 minutes.
