  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional for sautéing fresh spinach)

Egg Wash:

  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Spinach Mixture: Mix spinach, feta, Parmesan, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Roll Out Pastry: Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  4. Add Filling: Spread spinach mixture on half of the pastry, then fold the other half over it.
  5. Cut and Twist: Cut into strips, twist each strip, and place on the baking sheet.
