Rolled Oats:

1 cup

Milk (dairy or non-dairy):

1 cup

Greek Yogurt (plain):

½ cup

Chia Seeds:

Maple Syrup or Honey:

1–2 tablespoons

Vanilla Extract:

½ teaspoon

Fresh Strawberries (diced):

1 cup

Extra Strawberries and Yogurt or Cream (for topping):

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl or jar, mix oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract. Add diced strawberries and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate: Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  3. Adjust Consistency: In the morning, stir well and adjust consistency with more milk if needed.
  4. Top and Serve: Top with extra strawberries, yogurt, or cream before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, use full-fat yogurt and milk.
  • Blending some strawberries into the mixture gives a pinker color and stronger flavor.
