Fresh Strawberry Mixture:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Additional:

  • 1/2 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Blend the Strawberry Mixture: In a blender, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Prepare the Popsicles: Spoon a small amount of granola into the bottom of each popsicle mold. Pour the strawberry mixture over the granola, leaving space at the top. Add more granola on top if desired.
  3. Freeze: Tap the molds gently to remove air bubbles, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until solid.
  4. Serve: To release, run warm water over the molds for a few seconds before removing.

Notes

  • Use frozen strawberries if fresh ones aren’t available.
  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt and plant-based milk.
