- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

- 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: Place chickpeas, strawberries, tahini, lemon juice, honey, olive oil, vanilla, and salt into a food processor. Blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Adjust Flavor: Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or lemon juice according to your preference.
