- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups cold water
- 1–2 cups ice
For Garnish:

Instructions
- Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the strawberries and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the Mixture: Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher to remove the pulp and seeds.
- Sweeten and Mix: Stir in the sugar until dissolved, then add cold water and mix well.
- Adjust Sweetness: Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or serve immediately over ice.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with lemon slices, fresh strawberries, and mint leaves if desired.

- For a sparkling twist, replace some of the water with club soda or sparkling water.
