Description

This refreshing Strawberry Sparkler Mocktail is a perfect non-alcoholic beverage for summer, combining fresh strawberries, zesty lime, and sparkling water to create a light and bubbly drink that’s both delicious and healthy.

Ingredients

Scale

Fruit Base

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Sweetener

  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup

Liquids

  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda, chilled

Garnish and Serving

  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slices for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fruit Mixture: In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, honey (or agave syrup), fresh lime juice, and cold water. Blend the ingredients until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined.
  2. Strain the Mixture: Pour the blended strawberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove seeds and pulp. Use a spoon to press the mixture gently, extracting as much liquid as possible for a silky texture.
  3. Assemble the Drink: Fill glasses halfway with ice cubes, then pour the strained strawberry mixture about halfway up each glass. Top off with chilled sparkling water or club soda to add fizz.
  4. Final Touch and Serve: Stir gently to combine the sparkling water with the strawberry base. Garnish each glass with lime slices and fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately to enjoy maximum fizz and freshness.

Notes

  • For a frozen variation, use frozen strawberries and blend with ice cubes instead of cold water.
  • Adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more or less honey or agave syrup.
  • Use a sugar-free sweetener alternative if you prefer a lower-sugar version.
