- 4 slices ciabatta, sourdough, or good quality bread
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 ½ cups leftover sliced turkey (warmed)
- ½ cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup leftover stuffing/dressing (warmed)
- 4 slices Muenster cheese
- 1 cup leftover turkey gravy (warmed)
Instructions
- Preheat and prepare: Heat a panini press or large skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with non-stick spray to prevent sticking.
- Assemble the paninis: Butter one side of all 4 slices of bread. On the non-buttered sides of two slices, layer the warmed sliced turkey evenly. Spread cranberry sauce over the turkey, then add the warmed stuffing or dressing. Place two slices of Muenster cheese on top of the stuffing. Finish each sandwich by topping with the remaining two slices of bread, buttered side facing out.
- Cook the paninis: Place both assembled sandwiches in the preheated panini press or skillet. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the bread is golden brown and crispy.
