For the Pie:

  • 1 chocolate cookie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (divided)
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 8 ounces semisweet or dark chocolate, chopped

For Garnish:

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Additional pecans and chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the crust: Spread chopped pecans over the bottom of the chocolate cookie crust. Drizzle with 1/2 cup of caramel sauce. Bake for 8–10 minutes. Let cool.
