Bread:

  • 8 slices of sourdough or rye bread

Sandwich Filling:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 pound sliced deli turkey breast
  • 4 slices cooked bacon (optional)
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 4 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese

Additional:

  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened

Instructions
