- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (plus more for garnish)
Topping and Garnish:
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted)
- Extra pecans and caramel drizzle for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Drizzle 1/4 cup caramel sauce over the bottom of the chocolate cookie crust and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Make the Cream Cheese Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix until combined. Fold in whipped topping until creamy.
- Assemble the Pie: Spread cream cheese filling over the caramel-pecan layer. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and swirl if desired.
- Chill and Serve: Chill pie for at least 4 hours until firm. Before serving, drizzle with remaining caramel sauce and garnish with whipped topping and pecans.
