  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (plus more for garnish)

Topping and Garnish:

  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted)
  • Extra pecans and caramel drizzle for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Drizzle 1/4 cup caramel sauce over the bottom of the chocolate cookie crust and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix until combined. Fold in whipped topping until creamy.
